REDUCE YOUR RISK OF DEMENTIA
The Unlocking Brain Fitness: Keys to Dementia Prevention (KEYS) program aligns with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, World Health Organization, and National Institute of Health guidelines on reducing the risk for cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s Disease, and related dementias.
A 10-week, evidence-based course developed by doctors to help people age 55 & older make lifestyle changes to reduce their risk of developing Alzheimer’s & other forms of dementia.
Trained facilitators guide you through the program with the help of dieticians, pharmacists, fitness professionals & others with specialized knowledge in KEY areas.
