Our small-group workouts are perfect if you're looking to Get Fit and have fun in a supportive and motivating environment.
Our Get Fit workouts offer a variety of exercises and training styles to keep things interesting and challenging, all while providing the added accountability and motivation that comes with training alongside like-minded individuals.
The Y Wellness Coaches will guide you through each workout, providing individualized attention and support to help you reach your fitness goals.
