Get ready to ride! The Norm Waitt Sr. YMCA is excited to host a FREE Bike Rodeo on Thursday, July 25 from 2:00–4:00 PM, thanks to the generous sponsorship of Molina Healthcare. This fun and educational event is designed to promote bike safety, healthy habits, and active lifestyles for children and families across Siouxland.

What to Expect:

• Bike Safety Course: Kids can ride through a fun, supervised course to practice stopping, turning, signaling, and other key skills.
• Free Helmet Giveaway: Helmets will be distributed while supplies last, thanks to Molina Healthcare and support from the Iowa Bicycle Coalition.
• Health & Wellness Booth: Visit the Molina table to get back-to-school health information, talk with healthcare reps, and pick up helpful resources for your family.

Who Can Participate?

All ages are welcome! Bring your bike, your helmet (if you have one), and your energy. A parent or guardian must be present for children to participate.
