YMCA youth wellness programs are a great way to introduce youth and teens to proper exercise techniques, using strength training and cardiovascular equipment.
Our goal is to develop healthy exercise and wellness habits that will last a lifetime!

Youth Strength Training
This developmental program is for youth 10 - 14 years of age. The program will focus on safety & proper technique in using all workout area equipment. In addition, youth athletes will discuss character development, weight room etiquette, & essential nutrition.
* YMCA water bottle included with each registration!

Youth Speed & Agility
The goal of Speed & Agility is to teach youth ages 10-14 skills including proper running mechanics, plyometric skills & movement efficiency. Learning these skills will help participants excel and grow on their athletic development journey.
*YMCA sweat towel included with each registration!
