Introducing Your Child to Health and Wellness
Youth on the Move is a 6-week program designed to introduce children to fitness and proper form by the trained wellness staff at the Norm Waitt Sr. YMCA.
Week 1: Chest - Bent and Wide Grip
Week 2: Back - Bent Over Rows & Chin Up's
Week 3: Legs - Squat & Calf Raises
Week 4: Arms - Bicep, Hammer, Reverse Curls & Tricep Push Downs
Week 5: Full Body - Sumo Deadlift & Single Leg Deadlift
Week 6: Back - Lat Pull Down & Seaded Lat Rows
Tuesdays: 4:15 - 5:15 PM
