In partnership with the City of South Sioux City, the Y manages and operates the South Sioux City Aquaplex each summer.

The South Sioux City Aquaplex located next to the Norm Waitt Sr. YMCA and is open to the Siouxland community.

Features include a splash pad, waterslide, two diving boards, baby pool, special events and more!

Pricing Information

Daily Admission:
$4.00 per person ages 3 and up

South Sioux City Aquaplex Membership Options:

- $225.00 Summer Pass /person
- $325.00 Family of Four Pass 
  *Additional $25.00 per child

Admission Punch Cards:

- $80.00 Punch Card with 25 admission punches (one punch per person over the age of 3) + special events

Summer 2021 Hours of Operation:

Outdoor Pool Season: May 29th – August 15th

Weekends through Labor day:
August 21, 22, 28, & 29.
September 4, 5, 6.
 

Does my YMCA Membership cover the admission fees to the South Sioux City Aquaplex?

The YMCA only runs and operates the South Sioux City Aquaplex for the City of South Sioux City. Therefore, your YMCA Membership is completely separate and the South Sioux City Aquaplex requires its own pool membership or pass to be purchased through the YMCA. 

Hours of Operation

May 29th - August 15th, 2021

Monday – Thursday: 1:00PM – 6:30PM
Friday 1:00PM – 7:30PM
Saturday & Sunday 1:00PM – 5:30PM

Age Requirements

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Proper swim attire is required for admission.

Private Pool Rentals

Private South Sioux City Aquaplex party rentals are available Saturdays 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM and Sundays 6:00 – 8:00 PM. For more information or to book your event, contact the Y at 402-404-8439.

Pool Rental Fees: $300.00 

*Please note: An additional $25.00 will be added if you would like to have the concession stand open.
