Stay accountable and inspired with the YMCA’s Weight Loss Program, a 12-week course offering weekly small-group discussion and tools to help you establish personal goals, track progress and set yourself on the path to a healthier lifestyle.

Healthy Weight and Your Child

Healthy Weight and Your Child empowers kids ages 7-13 years old with the support of their families, to reach a healthy weight and live a healthier lifestyle. This four month long, the evidence-based, program engages the children and adults as a pair, so together they can understand how the home environment and other factors influence the choices that lead to a healthy weight. The program emphasizes behavior changes to support healthy eating and physical activity.
