Aqua Fitness

Our water exercise classes are a fun way to use the resistance and buoyancy of water to condition your muscles and improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility. By employing strengthening exercises and stretching techniques, these water aerobics and fitness classes help to increase your body’s tone and range of motion. 

Water fitness is perfect if you’re looking for an enjoyable, low-impact workout. If you’re looking to challenge yourself without putting stress on your joints or just like being in the water, you’ll enjoy our selection of water exercise classes. Our certified instructor enthusiastically leads small groups through water aerobics, core strength training movements, etc.

“Our lap pool uses a lane reservation system to ensure each swimmer’s access to lanes when the pool is available. Lanes can be reserved in hour increments, and reservations can be made for the following week starting each Thursday. Call or stop in at the front desk to make a reservation!”
