The Y offers unlimited fitness classes and various programs and activities that help people create healthy habits, become more active, and prevent disease.

Disease Prevention & Management

The Siouxland Y offers a variety of classes and services to help prevent and manage disease and promote safe, healthy activity. Unless otherwise noted, our classes are available to ALL YMCA members who might find them beneficial, with or without a specific diagnosis.

Group Exercise

The Siouxland Y offers a wide array of Group Exercise classes FREE for Y Members, including aqua, spin, yoga, TRX®, Zumba®, etc. No need to register in advance. Find a suitable class for you, and show up ready to work out!
