BOOTCAMP


It's time for a new fitness routine with Boot camp! This program is a full-body, high-intensity workout for all fitness levels. Participants will use a variety of equipment encouraging individual progression and skill development. In addition, we will target accessory muscles and large muscle groups to improve endurance by doing extended periods of exercise with minimal rest in between sets.
