We offer a variety of group exercise classes to South Sioux City, Sioux City, and the entire Siouxland area. All fitness levels are welcome at ANY of our classes - adjustments and modifications are available for beginners and advanced participants alike. There is no need to sign up in advance; all classes are FREE and included in your YMCA membership and last approximately one hour unless otherwise noted.

A nationally certified instructor leads every class.

BOOTCAMP

It's time for a new fitness routine with Boot camp! This program is a full-body, high-intensity workout for all fitness levels. Participants will use a variety of equipment encouraging individual progression and skill development. In addition, we will target accessory muscles and large muscle groups to improve endurance by doing extended periods of exercise with minimal rest in between sets.

FUEL+ FITNESS

Fuel + Fitness is a program specifically designed to help you reach your health and wellness goals with the support and motivation of YMCA staff and other health seekers with small group training and individual nutrition coaching.

We guide you in making healthy choices and boosting physical activity and helping you understand the various aspects of fitness, from nutrition to mobility.
